The Personal exhibition of Ivan Didyk

On May, 31 in a gallery "Uzhgorod" the personal exhibition of the Transcarpathian artist Ivan Didyk was opened, due to the occasion of 60 years from the day of his birth.
Exhibition will last till June, 7, 2011.
Ivan Didyk is a master of pastel, who brought this technique to perfection. Exactly in this technique the artist attained the special virtuosity, producing the visual language. His works are easily known through original character of stroke. Subjects in the pictures are meditation generalizations, lyric landscape and still lives, corners of the city or sacral building. In addition, Ivan Didyk is a teacher in the College of Arts of A. Erdely with 35-years experience.
"Silence - noise, calm - anxiety, truth - fuss, morning - night, apple – shell creates the range of his compositions, where something elusive is present, inspired by exactly that time where he lives. The world of characters and feelings, deeply engrained in the soul of artist, is pouring out from the full jug of emotions, and as the sheets of diary present the autobiography of Ivan Didyk”, - says Transcarpathian artist - Nadiya Didyk.
