Balla Pavlo
Was born on April 18, 1930 in the village of Pavlovce, Slovakia.
In 1950 he graduated Uzhhorod College of Applied Arts, and in 1956 – Lviv State Institute of Arts and Crafts.
A member of the National Union of Ukrainian Artists since 1967.
