Kovach Pavlo Was born on July 9, 1959 in the village of Svoboda, Berehovo, Transcarpathia. In 1980 he graduated Uzhhorod College of Applied Arts, Department of Art Metal Processing. A member of the National Union of Ukrainian Artists since 1993.
