Efendiyev BAHRAM-OHLY Eldar (1946-2016)
Was born on July 11, 1946 in Baky (Azerbaijan).
In 1972 he graduated Lviv State Institute of Arts and Crafts.
A member of the National Union of Ukrainian Artists since 1979.
