Vovchok Vasyl Was born on April 29, 1959 in the village of Nyzhniy Bystry, Khust, Transcarpathia.
In 1980 he graduated the K.D.Ushynsky State Teacher’s Training College in Odessa, Department of Painting and Graphics.
A member of the National Union of Ukrainian Artists since 1995.
