Filesh Vasyl Was born on March 2, 1952 in the village of Bronyka, Irshava, Transcarpathia. In 1975 he graduated Uzhhorod College of Applied Arts, Department of Art Metal Processing. A member of the National Union of Ukrainian Artists since 1993.
