Janos Reiti was born in 1949 in Irshava, Transcarpathia.
In 1965 he entered and successfully graduated from Uzhgorod College of Applied Arts.
Teachers of Janos were famous artists: Wilhelm Berets, Sandor Petka.
Since 1990, he became a member of the Society of Hungarian artists of Transcarpathia named after Imre Revesz.
He is an active participant in regional, national and international exhibitions and plein-airs.
