Seman Ferenc (Osci)
Was born on March 27, 1937 in Uzhgorod, Transcarpathia.
In 1958 he graduated from Uzhgorod College of Arts and Crafts.
In 1960 the auditor of the Tallinn Art Institute.
In 1991 - winner of the International Prize named after Simon Holloshi.
He died in 2004 in Uzhgorod.
