Moshak Yuriy
Was born on March 19, 1949 in the village of Rakovo, Perechin, Transcarpathia.
In 1979 he graduated the I. Fedorov Ukrainian Polygraphic College in Lviv, Department of books Design and Illustrations.
A member of the National Union of Ukrainian Artists since 1988.
